Is there any databases provide proteomic or metabolomic raw data sets?

Metabolights gives you the experiments and the derived annotation. The database is open and free, as every single database at EMBL-EBI. Metabolights does not seem to be listed in the post Know Of Any Human Metabolomics Databases.
You should sift through Biostars more thoroughly!

MetabolomicsWorkbench: http://www.metabolomicsworkbench.org/data/browse.php is a huge resource too. Most biomedical/ human data sets.
