Hello all,

I have convert plink file ped and map to eigenstrat file using convertf to be used on ALDER. When I run the converted files, I got fatalx: no real map. I don't know if it is related to make fail error when compiling the program. I installed FFTW3 and LAPACK as required but I don't understand the OpenMP thing. Or, if it is related to my system as I upgraded from ubuntu 15.04 to 15.10. The Alder worked fine with the 15.04 without so many troubles but now, I can only run the program if I turn the flag CHECKMAP to NO even if I did not need to specify that in 15.04 version of ubuntu. Does anyone have an idea?
