Representation of resistance genes, mobile/transposable elements and the other genes/open in bacterial genomes

Hello guys,

I have bacteria genome assembly, I have predicted genes using RAST server and mobile elements using ISfinder.

Now I want to plot resistance genes, mobile/transposable elements, and other genes/open.

can anyone please suggest me any tool to make image mentioned in above link

Hello, several tools can be used to generate a figure as the one you show. Some free options are ApE Plasmid Editor, pDRAW32, Serial Cloner; non-free options include MacVector, SnapGene, VectorNTI.
