Hello all,

I have list of genes and lncRNAs obtained from DEG analysis with information such as baseMean, log2FoldChange, pvalue etc., I would really appreciate if anyone could guide/share links/tutorial to plot a network based on correlation with the above mentioned information. here is the target what i am trying to do.

I have also gone through some of the posts like this, this, this. since am new to R i would really appreciate if anyone could help me out with this.

any help would be greatly appreciated
