MATS with zero results and no error

Hello,

I'm trying to run rMATS using bam files and after few hours of running, it was finished without any error message but also without any results. Is someone here familiar with this problem?

I haven't run rMATS in a while, but have you checked the official user support webpage (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/rmats-user-group) to see if anybody else encountered this?
