change the helix structure to b -sheet in pdb file format
I HAVE A PDB FILE FORMAT OF MY PROTEIN AND I WANT TO CHANGE THE 2 FRAGMENTS WITH HELIX STRUCTURE IN PDB FILE TO SHEET . COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME ANY TOOLS CHANGE THE HELIX TO SHEET STRUCTURE ? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
