Hello,
I know that a database of miRNA:mRNA interactions scored by mirSVR (Betel et al. 2010) exists on the microRNA.org web resource. However, I wish to calculate mirSVR scores for custom miRNA and mRNA sequences.
I can download miRanda, and apply this algorithm to custom sequences, but I can't seem to download the mirSVR algorithm it seems. Unless I am missing something
