Functional Roles Of At-Rich Regions And Gc-Rich Regions In Mammalian Genomes?
Is there a database or website that lists the functional roles of AT-rich regions and GC-rich regions in mammalian genomes?
For example:
- CpG islands are GC-rich and are mostly associated to promoters.
- S/MAR regions are AT-rich and are associated to regulatory domain boundaries.
Is there a place that lists other cases like this?

I don't think you're going to find a "database" of functional roles of AT and GC rich regions as the GC bias of a region is just a broad property of a sequence. Bad analogy, but it would be like trying to find a database of things in the world by weight.
