Filtering Plink files by coordinate as opposed to SNP id?

I was wondering, is there any way I can filter a Plink file by the SNP's coordinates instead of SNP ids?

My SNP ids don't match up between two files, but I want to first trim the data down to the overlap before dealing with the discordant SNP ids.
