Is it right to use two-way anova to analysis CCK-8 or cell cycle flow cytometry assay for just one factor with two type treatments?
hello! i am now confused by time point or phase contribution. as the time is a continous varible, does it fit to use two-way anova? actually i only care about treatment varible. if i just use t test to compare treatment at different time point, i think i may not draw a conclusion for the whole. thanks anyone for help!
