Hi to all, How to calculate the IC 50? what are the date need for calculation? any online tools there for IC 50 calculation. In drug discovery any other parameters and calculation needed. Advance thanks for your help

This seems to be a purely biochemical property, therefore it makes more sense to read the wikipedia entry, a biochemistry book, or as in a biology forum than asking computational biologists. the tags however are not acceptable, please don't use numbers as tags!
