GTEx differentially expressed genes with Age
Hello,
I am trying to model and reproduce the differentially expressed genes with age for the GTEx data consortium. I am a bit stuck with building a r script for modeling it as a linear mixed effect model. I am working with the version 3 pilot freeze data. Would anyone give me some assistance or some help with reproducing differential expression with Age? Thank you so much
