Need tips about using the dbNSFP database in my PC
Hello guys I would like some tips about how can I use the dbNSFP data base in my PC. I really know that it runs in java, but I am not getting running it. I have installed java and all but I didnt discover how to open JVM and the dbNSFP. Thanks for any tip Paulo

I had to lookup what dbNSFP was. Not much help there as far as I can see. This seems to be meant to be used via other programs?
dbNSFP is a kind of variant priorizer that runs in java.
http://sites.google.com/site/jpopgen/dbNSFP A companion Java program called search_dbNSFP.class can be downloaded and used for local queries. I still not find how to run the program in java.
