focal region gain and loss in chromosome
i have done upto the DNA copy package .. i have generated the graph which tells me in which chromosome there is loss and gain.. but i want to get the detail information like at what focal region of any chromosome it is gain or loss. if there is loss in chr11p so at what location in chr 11 p arm it is.. for that what package i have to use.. please help me..
