Maq-0.7.0_X86_64-Linux/ Reads Con Not Load
1.command:

~/projects/ku/test_maq/New/7_1_1_2.bfq
2.The program runs like this:

[ma_match] set the minimum insert size as 128.
[match_core] Total length of the reference: 919106

[match_index_sorted] no reasonable reads are available. Exit!
ps: before this,what i have done :
maq fasta2bfa .....scaffold101_1.fa
maq fastq2bfq .....7_1_1_1.fq
maq fastq2bfq .....7_1_1_2.fq
