Hi, I was wondering if anyone is aware of a database of TCR CDR3 AA sequence and matching (binding) Antigen epitope AA sequence, in general of in the field of immuno-oncology in particular. Thanks, - Pankaj

Hello Pankaj,

I've recently started an initiative that fits your question, see https://github.com/antigenomics/vdjdb-db, releases section. There are currently few cancer epitopes listed there and we are still in progress of making the database specification, however there is a lot of information on CMV/EBV epitopes. I'll also greatly appreciate contributions in form of pull requests, pending papers are listed in the issues section.
