More exactly, it is:
ftp://ftp-trace.ncbi.nih.gov/1000genomes/ftp/technical/reference/phase2_reference_assembly_sequence/
It is a variation of GRCh37, not the official release. Also, 1000g did not use patches, so "p13" is irrelevant.
I got the answer .. its Build 37.p13
