How to get annotation of miRNAs expression from ICGC ?

Hi all,

I have downloaded miRNA exprression level from ICGC, but does not have miRNA IDs, just it contain genomic coordinates of miRNAs. I was wondering what is the easiest way to get the annotation of miRNAs for ICGC dataset
