Understanding MISO output

I recently ran MISO on some RNA-seq data as we are looking at isoform centric changes in levels. What I want to know is the best way to filter the data since there are multiple values in the Diff and bayes factor columns. Would it be best to create a percentage by simply adding the positive values and finding the largest ones (>50) or would it be better to look at the bayes values and find the average probability and limit the values equal to or greater than that? Any help is appreciated.

miso rna-seq splicing expression

Hi,

Which version and what command you using to run MISO on paired end data.

I am trying to run MISO but getting error "Waiting on n threads...", command I used "miso --run /indexed_SE_events/ Test.bam --output-dir Test/ --read-len 49 --paired-end=147 27 -p 10"

Thanks, Goa
