Cytoscape.js and Jsmol

Hello, I am new to bioinformatics. I am developing a website based on Cytoscape.js and Jsmol.

My question is while visualizing the 3D structure of the protein which display is more important for the end user? Ribbon or cartoon. And what colour also?

Totally depends on what you want to emphasize. Structure, similarity, certain groups etc. Color is similar. But honestly, isn't this something that you can decide later, when everything else is already done and you see how it fits best?
