I am trying to run the RNApaln.exe software in the ViennaRNA package (precompiled binary on Windows) to obtain RNA base-pairing probabilities; however when I run it, I get an error saying "can't open 1_dp.ps for dot plot" and nothing shows up afterwards. Has anyone else tried running the RNApaln.exe on a windows machine and/or has encountered this error before?
