How to run RepeatMasker only with my own library?

Hello everybody!

I would like to run RepeatMasker only with my custom library (which I've made using RepeatModeler) excluding basics ones, but if I use -lib option RepeatMasker uses the full RepeatMasker library plus the library I specify. Is it possible to use ONLY my own library? If it is, how can I do this

That is not what OP is reporting. Are you sure about that? Any reference?

I have been using this tool quite sometimes, I believe if I used -lib flag repeat masker will read only from it. that's why we are able to use either - Species-specific or -lib flag
