I tried to run repeatmasker with a denovo library prepared by me using repeatmodeler using the following command.
./RepeatMasker -s -x -pa 4 -lib /var/applications/softwares/RepeatMasker/Libraries/combined_consensi.fa /var/applications/softwares/data/sequence.fasta -dir /var/applications/software/data/masked_sequence
But the repeat masker is not recognizing the library and only use the dfam library to mask the genome
Could anyone help me with the same
