Cytoscape.js and JSMOL visualisation of nodes and edges

Is it possible to view multiple 3D interactions using jsmol ? The setup is as follows: Retrieve the pdb-code from the database and load it into JSMOL

How can I get multiple 3D interactions when I click on a node and the edges on the PPI network ?
