Hi why is the quality score for raw data and for assembled contigs is different? both are phred like? id fo, why the maximum is 64 in assembly and 40 un raw data? thanks!

Yes, both are phred-based. Contigs have a higher maximum quality score than reads, as the contigs are based on several overlapping reads, allowing for more confident basecalls.
