Is this warning fatal in OMA
Hi,
Running the second stage of oma. I got a warning :
WARNING: An error occured during inference: Labels in species tree do not match with genome names: {Translated_Adineta_vaga_edited_cds} <--> {Translated_Adineta_Vaga_edited_cds}
Does this mean I should delete the output folder and the ortholog_milestone.drw.gz and restart the second stage after fixing the newick tree, or should I just fix, delete output and rerun?

Hi,
You don't need to remove any cached files, just update the newick tree in the parameter file and restart oma.
