Compare miRNA expression different platform

There are lot of platforms (around 150, if I am right) available for miRNA.

Is there any way to compare the data form different platform?

More general, bring all the expression data on one scale of measurement.

Any help will be appreciated.

The general answer is, "no". Some combinations of experimental design, question, and data sets may allow meta-analysis, but that is also not generally possible.
