WEGO format and GO plotting

Can someone guide me how can I use WEGO for annotated file results. I am trying to use it for the first time and I did convert my excel file to XML but still can not be able to upload it to WEGO.

Or if anybody can suggest other web to create the Gene ontology graphs ?!!
