Hi,

I have a big list of ensembl gene IDs I need to convert it to Entrez IDs and symbol. I did try using biomart but it did not return any of the psudogene IDs that I know map to Entrez.

Also my input had about 18000 ensembl IDs and the output only had 15000, even if there is no corresponded Entrez shouldn't I still get all my ensembl Ids back.

So how can I get the list of genes and pseudogenes?
