HI guys,

I wanted to run logistic regression in PLINK. Which file that I can modify outcomes?

I recoded bfile and got .raw file.

First, Can I run logistic with raw file?

Second, I have several outcomes to look for, but I have no idea to modify this code below

plink --file mydata.raw --logistic --covar c.txt --covar-name AGE,BMI-SMOKE,ALC-- out mylogistics

If something like this, how can put my outcome data

Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
