Converting TCGA MAF files to VCF using reference assembly GRCh37 lite
Hello
I am trying to convert TCGA MAF file to VCF using maf2vcf.pl
The MAF file with build GRCh37-lite was not converted to VCF when I used reference genome GRCh37. The error was reference genome chosen is not correct.
When I downloaded GRCh37-lite from this link and used it, again there was the same error that reference genome chosen is not correct.
Can someone please tell how to convert TCGA MAF file with build GRCh37-lite to VCF?
