CGH data analysis
I have downloaded the TXT file from GEO datasets of my samples there is no cel file available. Then I have make one spreadsheet in which there is information about the probe name ,gene name and log-ratio value of sample. after that I was confused how to study the log-ratio values to interpreted some result.
