Hello all,

I am trying to figure out why for this disease, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/clinvar/RCV000015396/ there are two complete genomic molecule codes starting with NC for one mRNA code starting with NM? (2 NC codes and 1 NM code)

Any suggestions?

THANKS A LOT!

Do you mean the difference between NC_000018.10:g.60372202C>T and NC_000018.9:g.58039435C>T?

It's another version of the human genome reference (version hg38 vs hg19).

The NM code is based on mRNA.
