data matrix from firebrowser figure
Is it possible to get the data matrix used by firebrowser (http://firebrowse.org/viewGene.html?gene=myc) It is just a box plot of RNAseq expression but will be nice If there is an area to download the data used in this box plot.

Not sure about firebrowser, but you can accomplish the same in cBioPortal and also download the data. You can follow this link, click on 'Expression' and then 'Download->data'
However CBioportal does not have normal data only tumors I want to have normal and tumor both
The viewGene expression visualizer just uses the mRNA data available thru the Firehose API (see here). The RSEM Score they use for plotting is already included when retrieving data from the API. This is also said when you klick the "help" on your link.
