I'm trying to summarize some MrBayes runs I did awhile back. I'm trying to find the values of the parameters I used to start the runs, specifically the Temp value I used. I also would like to know what the final average standard of split frequencies was for the runs, the acceptance rates of swaps, and the heat of the cold chains. Most of these values are outputted on the screen once the run is complete, but when I go back and redo sump and sumt on this run, the detailed output does not occur. When sump is performed, there is an output of a table on the screen that contains "ID, #obs, Probab., Sd(s), Min(s), Max(s), Nruns" and an indication that Sd(s) is the "std dev of split freq" that should be approaching 0.0 as runs converge", but the values make no sense.

If anyone has insight into where to find input parameter values, and select convergence diagnostics in MrBayes output files, please let me know.
