Hello, I have generate a tree using MrBayes and I want to increase the clade credibility limit on accepted nodes. For instance there are some nodes in the tree output from sumt that have clade credibility of 54 or 56. I want to increase the acceptable limit to 70 and see what the tree looks like. I have tried using minpartfreq but from what I can tell this only increases the acceptable value for what background trees are used in the consensus tree generation and does not change the node values. Any ideas would be valuable. Maybe I am searching using the wrong wording? I have been looking for "tree clad credibility limits" or other variations.
