Hi everybody,
Does any one of you where to find a list of mono allelic non imprinted genes? I'm collecting bibliography but all are single experiments with a few genes in each of the papers. It could be great if I find a list or database with a group of them
Thanks in advance
Have you seen this publication? They do a somewhat genome-wide analysis of human allele-specific gene expression. They identify some known imprinted genes as validation of there method but also seem to provide a list of others.

Please give a definition of mono-allelic. I likely have a different connotation in mind than you do. Also, which organisms interest you?
Let me use this:"When only one allele of a gene is actively transcribed, gene expression is termed monoallelic" I am interested in Human
