Database for mRNA half life values (S. cerevisiae)
I am looking for a database that stores experimental mRNA half life values, especially for Saccharomyces cerevisiae. I'm planning on doing a correlation analysis for mRNA half life and several other variables related to that species. Here's what I've found so far:
- dozens of papers explaining methods for getting mRNA half life values (not helpful since I only work in silico)
- a few papers from 1990 or before with half life values, but only for a hand full of genes
- I tried "RefSeq: NCBI Reference Sequence Database," but it doesn't list mRNA half life values.
Any ideas where I should look next?
