Final project ideas
Hi,
Can anybody suggest me ideas for my final project? I am bioinformatics major, my area of interest is to work on any clinical or NGS data using python. I was looking for few open source projects for an idea but I couldn't find anything relevant to my field of interest and I am a newbie to python. In this three months, I would like to perform analysis using python.
