Is it possible to integrate three omics data simultaneously?

Hi all,

I want to study the systems biology of the asexual development of Rhizocotnia solani, the causal agent of rice sheath blight, non-model fungal species. But I am new in systems biology.

I have obtained the omics data (transcriptome, proteome and metabolome) of Rhizocotnia solani. Is it possible to integrate these three omics data simultaneously to built a model related to fungal asexual development?

Thank you for your time.

The answer to your question is yes. There are however several ways to do it depending on the data and what kind of model you want to build.
