Where do I find viral assemblies?

I am trying to download as many virus assemblies as I can. I was able to find that EMBL-EBI has a large number of those, but I can't seem to find them on their FTP site. My questions are:

  1. What other sources of viral assemblies are there?
  2. How do I download the EMBL-EBI assemblies?
