Forum: CLC workbench- subtractive genomics
Hi All,
I am new to this field, trying to use CLC Genomics Workbench, I have read the tool-help, but I cannot follow it, can any one guide me how to use.. First I will try to do BLAST Bacteria vs Human. Please help me to do this and how to analyses the result section.

As CLC Bio is a commercial company, you pay a chunk of money for a licence. I'd suggest that you'll get more help with their support team
