Mapping Human metabolite in Pathways
Hi All,
I have certain compound names which have properties such as anti bacterial, anti tumor etc, I would like to map these compounds to there corresponding pathways. I went to KEGG with the names to search the pathways these compounds are involved, but I was unable to find. These compounds are found in Human metabolome Database but no pathway data is available.
I can give an example compound "Murrayacine" and its link in HMDB. No other information I am able to extract. Please help.
