How to add a genome built to Galaxy local
Hello,
I want to use Galaxy local to analyze my sequencing data of C. elegans. The most recent genome built for C. elegans is ce10, that is in Galaxy main, but missing in my local instance. How to add a genome built to my local Galaxy?
I am the admin on local Galaxy.
