Viral reference genomes / HCMV
I am trying to find reference genomes for different HCMV strains, but the only complete genome I find is this:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/NC_006273.2
Is there another resource I am perhaps not aware of?

As suggested by joe.cornish826, a more comprehensive search on NCBI Nucleotide helps - in particular the additional string "complete genome".
E.g. search string "Human herpesvirus 5 complete genome NOT transgenic", sequence length 10,000 - 1,000,000.

Maybe the EBI virus genome list helps http://www.ebi.ac.uk/genomes/virus.html

It seems like NCBI is listing a single genome as representative of HCMV. You can try searching NCBI Nucleotide and then filtering by length to get all of the complete/partial genome sequences. Oftentimes when there are many of sequences available for a single species of virus, they will get listed under Nucleotide and not Genomes.
For your case, if I set the minimum length range for 20kbp-25kbp it looks like there's only 3 listed, but I might be missing some.
