Getting TaxID from local BLAST run

I am hosting a local blast server and I am blastxing against the nr database. I was wondering how to get the taxonomic IDs from blastx in that case? Thanks.

You should look at this post: Scientific Names In Blast Output And Databases. If it is command line, you should just need to use the -staxids
