append sequence based on sequence ID
Hello,
I am not a programmer.
I have four different fasta file which contains same samples (150 species) but different sequence in different length.
I have tried to append the sequence based on sequence ID using FASconCAT_v1.0. Due to different length size, I was unable to append the sequences with ID name.
Kindly let me know some code with perl as I don't have much facility to use python.
