Autodock vina problem
I have problem with autodock vina, for same ligand in same condition of docking (same grid box, target, minimization) I get different value of result. I can`t understand why, difference is 0.3 - 1.3.

every time Autodock and autodock vina is run we get different binding energy score but the ligand binding position and its mode will remain same.
