Tutorial: Visualizing protein annotations through ProtAnnot

Interested in finding out how to visualize protein annotations in the context of genomic sequence?

Look for the Integrated Genome Browser at the international Plant and Animal Genome 2016 meeting in San Diego. The IGB team will be giving a live computer demo of the many features in IGB, including the all new IGB App ProtAnnot.

When: Wednesday January 13 at 12PM
Where: Town and Country Convention Center
