Inegunity Variant Analysis API
Hello,
I have a question regarding Ingenuity's Variant Analysis and HGMD integration. I have HGMD separately, so I am already aware what the resulting annotated vcfs should be. When I use the API provided by Ingenuity to download the resulting files, I don't get any HGMD annotations back (even though they are there online). Am I missing something?
BTW, I have already looked through the API documentation and can't figure out why this is happening. Thanks!

I suspect you'll probably need to contact Ingenuity, as the software is not open source.
